Job Descriptions
  • Respond to technical tickets and provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Contact clients, propose effective solutions, and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, CCTV, networking, and software issues.
  • Perform system installations, updates, monitoring, and maintenance procedures for hardware, software, and networking system.
  • Perform backups and restore lost data as needed.
  • Document processes and maintain service desk records.
  • Provide minor technical or operational training.
Requirements
  • D3/S1 Degree in computer sciences, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Linux admin, help desk, sys admin, technical support, data center technician, or similar.
  • Experience with Virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, VirtualBox, QEMU, Hyper-V, etc)
  • Extensive experience in Linux-based servers and network equipment (installing, monitoring, maintaining)
  • Experience backup automation and restoring processes.
  • Able to keep up with advancements in networking and computer troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Willing to work the night shift.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
