Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth system operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in networking, IT administration, and basic automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (MikroTik, VPN, VLAN, Firewall).
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and renewals.
• Set up backup, security, and system optimizations.
• (Bonus) Assist with basic video and image editing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN).
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to configure MikroTik routers and networking tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Trello.
• Experience in IT tools and software license management.
• (Bonus) Basic video and image editing skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
