IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems, including PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Diagnose and repair faults.
• Maintain and resolve network issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software for employees.
• Monitor hardware, software, and networks.
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Provide technical support.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a passion for learning and adopting new IT and technology.

Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization.
• Basic knowledge of server Linux systems and the ability to demonstrate good decision-making skills.
• Understanding of Wi-Fi AP (Access Point) configuration.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki firewalls, access points, and switches.
• Understanding of VLANs and network setup.
• Fundamentals of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTPS.
• In-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN topology.
