The working venue is in Bekasi, West Java.

Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for an IT Supervisor (Oracle).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage & control all IT-related activities.
• Advise management on the latest IT trends and best practices.
• Implement technological advancements to enhance productivity and efficiency supporting company growth.
• Develop guidance and procedures for all IT-related activities and security.
• Liaise with HQ to set up and implement IT infrastructure and network projects.
• Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and other office equipment.
• Develop and implement IT security policies and compliance standards.
• Implement IT security awareness programs.
• Manage infrastructure design, support network, servers, security, and cloud services to support IT transformation and projects.
• Maintain and support the ERP system, including data, network, storage, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Must have skills in Oracle, IT Infrastructure, AWS, Cloud.
• Proficiency in English communication.
