Job description

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security systems, and business applications such as ERP and CRM. The IT Supervisor also ensures system availability, data security, and supports digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, LAN, VPN, and network devices (e.g. Mikrotik).
• Perform troubleshooting for hardware (PC, laptop, printer, scanner), software, and network issues.
• Implement and monitor cyber security policies, including firewall, antivirus, and data protection.
• Plan and execute data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Configure and manage IP public, VPN, and routing systems.
• Supervise and maintain CRM and ERP systems (Odoo and Sage300), including troubleshooting and user support.
• Develop and manage database systems, including SQL Server maintenance and backup.
• Generate and manage reports using Crystal Report.
• Create and manage virtual machines using Hyper-V or VMware.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT service providers for system improvement or maintenance.
• Provide IT support and training to internal users as needed.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation (network diagram, system configuration, and user manual).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in hardware, software, LAN, and networking (e.g. Mikrotik).
• Good understanding of cyber security, backup plans, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Knowledge in public IP setup, VPN configuration, and routing.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Odoo and Sage300).
• Good understanding of business processes (accounting, inventory, sales, banking, etc.).
• Ability to build and manage Virtual Machines (Hyper-V or VMware).
• Proficient in SQL Server and data backup management.
• Proficient in Crystal Report for business reporting needs.
• Good analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
