IT Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Senayan Golf Club in central Jakarta. As an IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations and providing technical support to our staff. This is a contract role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our club.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain the club's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff, ensuring efficient and reliable IT services.
3. Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect the club's data and systems.
4. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness.
5. Develop and maintain IT-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
6. Train and support staff on the use of IT systems and applications.
7. Identify and recommend improvements to the club's IT capabilities to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of experience in an IT supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the service industry.
2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security best practices.
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff and external partners.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Familiarity with IT budgeting and resource management.
7. Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
