ESA Sampoerna Group is seeking for young, high motivated IT Talents which will be posted on Business Units.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing and resolving software problems, including software glitches, and system malfunctions.

Installing and configuring new software, including operating systems, applications, and network devices.

Technical Support:

Providing assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person, answering questions, and guiding them through troubleshooting procedures.

System Maintenance:

Regularly updating and maintaining computer systems, including operating systems, software, and security software.

Data Backup and Recovery:

Implementing and managing data backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology

1 - 3 years working experience

Willing to be placed in Surabaya - MeRR Office with shift roster system
