IT Staff

Experience 2-3 years in IT Support, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.

Have a good communication in English/Mandarin (will be advantage).

Mastering computer hardware, networking, Windows OS, and server management.

Understanding the principles of network security, backup system, and license management.

Having good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communicative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Having web programming skill is an advantage.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing computers, laptops, monitors, and printers.
2. Monitoring hardware performance and performing necessary upgrades or repairs.
3. Handling requests of assistance with hardware repairs.
4. Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, both wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) networks.
5. Diagnosing and resolving internet and network connection problems.
6. Installing, maintaining, and monitoring physical or virtual servers.
7. Installing and providing support for critical software such as Microsoft Office and other applications.
8. Provide first-level technical support to staff on various IT issues.
9. Document and resolve technical assistance requests promptly and effectively.
10. Provide basic training and guidance to users to enhance digital understanding and skills.
11. Perform other technical duties as needed by superior.
