1. Project Manager

Planning: Defining project goals, scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Team Leadership: Creating and managing a team, delegating tasks, and motivating team members.
  • Resource Management: Ensuring the availability and allocation of necessary resources (human, financial, and time).
  • Schedule Management: Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and making adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring project costs, identifying cost variances, and ensuring the project stays within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project.
  • Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging with and managing expectations of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Management: Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Project Closure: Ensuring the project is successfully completed, all deliverables are delivered, and all stakeholders are satisfied.

Experience/Skill:

  • 10+ Years Experience as Project Admin, Project Manager, Quality Assurance or Technical Writer
  • S1 - Information System
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Create documentation and report

2. Business Analyst

  • Research: Understand the business by researching people, processes, and technology
  • Analyze: Analyze data and business processes to identify problems and opportunities
  • Recommend: Make recommendations for improvements, including new products and services
  • Communicate: Communicate recommendations to stakeholders and across departments
  • Implement: Help implement recommendations and ensure projects are successful
  • Evaluate: Evaluate the impact of changes and report on results
  • Document: Create documentation to support work and findings

Experience/Skill

  • 5+ Years Experience as Business Analyst or Solution Architect
  • Strong analytical, technology, and communication skills
  • Understanding of business analysis concepts and techniques
  • Experience with data discovery, analysis, and modelling (ERD, DFD and Use Case Diagram)

3. System Analyst

  • User research: Understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences through research and data analysis
  • Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate design ideas and translate concepts into user flows
  • Usability testing: Test finished software, apps, and websites to ensure a good user experience
  • Iterate on designs: Use user feedback to improve designs
  • Front-end development: Work with developers to implement designs
  • Accessibility: Perform accessibility evaluations and build standards into workflows
  • Maintain and troubleshoot: Maintain and troubleshoot UI/UX

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ Years Experience as UI/UX Engineer
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch
  • Familiarity with SAP System
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools
  • Understanding of user experience principles
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular

4. Senior Developer:

  • Write code: Create programs for clients or the company
  • Design software: Create software for client or company approval
  • Debug errors: Identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Communicate: Write clear documentation and communicate with team members
  • Document requirements: Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
  • Lead and manage: Lead and manage a team of developers
  • Solve problems: Tackle complex challenges and find effective solutions
  • Mentor: Guide and mentor developers
  • Database design and development: Create new databases and applications, and model and construct databases large relational
  • Database security: Maintain database security, integrity, and availability
  • Database performance: Analyze and optimize database performance, and identify and resolve performance issues
  • Data backup and recovery: Establish and maintain backup and recovery processes
  • Database administration: Manage user rights and permissions, and ensure that data is correctly stored and retrieved
  • Database integration: Work with developers and system administrators to integrate databases with other applications
  • Database automation: Develop automation tools for database operations

EXPERIENCE:

  • S1 – Information technology
  • Coding: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using programming languages like Java EE or .NET C# Framework
  • Database Create and Design database structure using SQL Server, Postgresql or other SQL Tools
  • Infrastructure: understand operating system using UNIX/LINUX or Microsoft Product
  • Development: Implementation client-server application using Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Understand UML Tools
  • Problem-solving: Analyze problems and devise efficient solutions
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical individuals
  • Ability to design database structures
  • Ability to plan access permissions
  • Ability to write security code
  • Familiarity with SAP System
  • Design and development: Design applications and their back-end databases
  • Testing: Test applications and develop automated tests
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues in the codebase
  • Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation
  • Communication: Communicate with end-users, other engineers, and team members
  • Collaboration: Work with teams to set specifications and troubleshoot applications
  • Training: Create instructional documents and coding libraries
