Role Overview

Position: IT Support

Expertise: Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.

· Solid experience in handling office equipment and tools, including printers, Wi-Fi networks, desktops, and laptops running on both Windows and macOS.

· Knowledge of basic IT technologies, i.e., monitoring tools, troubleshooting tools.

· Hands-on experience with IT asset management, including tracking, maintaining, and optimizing hardware and software inventories.

· Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

· Strong problem-solving skills, especially under time pressure.

· Willing to work onsite and can join immediately.
