Job Description

• Assist in the execution of daily IT generalist tasks, including system maintenance, user support, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Handle and resolve IT issues that arise quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain and update IT records and databases, including hardware and software inventories.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the IT generalist team, including training and guidance.
• Assist in organizing IT events and meetings, including user training and project presentations.
• Prepare periodic reports on IT activities, including incident reports, maintenance reports, and project reports.
• Membantu dalam pelaksanaan tugas harian IT generalist, termasuk pemeliharaan sistem, dukungan pengguna, dan pemecahan masalah teknis.
• Menangani dan menyelesaikan masalah IT yang muncul dengan cepat dan efisien.
• Memelihara dan memperbarui catatan dan basis data IT, termasuk inventaris perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak.
