About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT FHG TEKSTIL INDONESIA'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and troubleshooting to our employees located in Demak, Central Java. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our technical infrastructure and helping our staff stay productive.

What you'll be doing

Provide frontline IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

Respond to user inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect our systems and data

Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements

Maintain detailed records of IT-related activities and provide regular reports

Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and best practices

Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in the IT industry
