Job description

IT Solution & Application Senior Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate to champion both operations and project/CR delivery within our IT team. You will be responsible for leading the DWH & BI, Application Development, QA/QC, and DBA teams, ensuring smooth application performance, technical excellence, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure applications run smoothly within agreed SLA, overseeing maintenance, monitoring, and escalation management.
• Provide technical and non-technical recommendations for daily operational challenges, risks, and escalations.
• Conduct final design reviews for new products, integrations, and in-house developments before moving forward.
• Perform QA/QC validation before releasing products or services to production.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and CRs are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide strategic technical recommendations to the IT Director regarding IT Development & Application Support.
• Mentor and coach team members in both soft and hard skills to drive team performance and growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven experience in IT Development, Application Support, and Project Delivery.
• Strong expertise in application monitoring, system maintenance, and SLA management.
• Hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, and QA/QC validation.
• Ability to analyze risks, resolve technical escalations, and provide effective root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Area.
