• Design application flow, solution architecture, and system integration to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD, PRD, and related documents.

• Design application flow, solution architecture, and system integration to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with Developers, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Design, analyze, and validate API integrations, including external system connectivity.
• Perform system analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting for integration issues.
• Prepare and support test data for SIT and UAT activities.
• Ensure system readiness and stability during deployment and go-live.
• Provide recommendations for system and process improvements
