The job description details:

• Develop high-level project scopes and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Define the formulation of high-level project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives to ensure strategic and successful project execution
• Manage the delivery of IT services to clients in alignment with defined deliverables, SLAs, contractual obligations including BAST sign-offs, and client expectations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts on project outcomes addressing technical, financial, operational concerns, and project lifecycle, budget overruns, and project execution
• Ensure delivered products and services meet established quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns promptly
• Provide regular reports to management regarding project performance, risks, and status updates
• Take ownership of and responsibility for major project execution
