IT & Software Sales Manager (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

About the position

Join our team at HITHINK TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as an IT & Software Sales Manager. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, offering an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Management: Understand and guide customer needs, establish and maintain customer relationships.
  2. Sales Implementation: Assist BOD and Directors in building effective sales channels, compile quarterly market and customer information, and fulfill sales targets and related performance requirements.
  3. Operations & Payment Collection: Follow up on business payments to ensure collections meet or exceed company requirements. Control sales-related expenses to meet annual sales targets.
  4. Market Management & Promotion: Responsible for marketing and sales promotion of company products and services. Complete projects independently and ensure sales targets are met.
  5. Bidding & Contracts: Participate in project bidding, handle contract negotiations, and sign contracts for awarded projects.
  6. Reporting: Regularly report work progress to BOD & Directors. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software, Sales, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the IT & Software industry, with solution sales experience.
  • Experience in well-known enterprises is preferred.
  • Wide customer network and proven ability to secure large-scale business solution POs.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (professional level).
  • Good understanding of IT & Software products, especially business solutions.

Additional Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of sales, management, software, and system integration.
  • Basic legal knowledge (contract law, economic law, intellectual property law).
  • Basic skills in operating systems, networking, hardware usage, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Alignment with company culture and core values.
  • Foresight regarding key business processes.
