Job description

Job Description:-

• Server Installation, Configuration and Management (Physical, Esxi and Virtual)
• Backup and Recovery (Knowledge performing server backup and restoring procedure)
• Server Maintenance and Monitoring (inclusive Robotic library).
• Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, NLB (Window), AD and Forest knowledge, GPO, Terminal Server / RDS, Print Server, File Server, Symantec Veritas Backup and also Review and Server Patching activities for both physical and Virtual.
• Microsoft Exchange managing user mailbox email, share mailbox analogy, manage user accounts and permissions in Exchange, Monitor Exchange server performance and ensure availability, Restore Exchange data from backups as needed,
• Managing Active Directory objects related to Exchange, such as user accounts and distribution groups.
• Working closely with other IT teams / support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to messaging services.
• Administers, monitors, configures virtual or Guest host utilizing vCenter.
• Routine Monitor system and application performance to detect errors in early stage.
• Have project responsibilities.
• Responsible for sharing 24 x 7 on call rotation duties with other team members.

Requirement:-

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
• work experience in a similar role, often ranging from 2-3 years
• Monitor the health and performance of all servers and PCs
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Manage the daily operations of the corporate Windows servers, Windows PCs and network
• Basic knowledge of server management and deployment (e.g., using AWS)
• Professional Certification such as MSCE, MCA, MCP, VCA, VCP VCAP is added advantage
• Setup and configure new MS Windows servers as required
