Responsibilities
- Day-to-day monitoring availability and performance of devices or virtual machines.
- Day-to-day monitoring the network and services.
- Day-to-day monitoring the backup and replication.
- Monitoring auto scanning on endpoint antivirus.
- Monitoring security events and threats from SIEM, firewall and EDR tools.
- Monitoring SSL, domain, and license expiration dates.
- Handling service and change requests from customers and internal teams.
- Maintenance for OS patch management (server, firewall, network).
- Investigate, analyze, and understand the root causes of problems.
- Creating reports on problems identified, actions taken, and workarounds implemented.
- Provide assistance and evaluate the impact of problems on the business.
- Collaborate with other team members, including technical, development, infrastructure and security support.
- Proactively analyze problem trends and seek opportunities to improve system reliability and quality and prevent future problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Informatics Engineering, or Computer Science. 2-3 years of work experience in IT infrastructure support & operation.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze problems systematically.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work responsively, effectively, and communicate well with internal and external teams.
- Good knowledge of virtualization server concepts (VMware, cloud computing).
- Good knowledge of OS concepts (Linux & Windows).
- Good knowledge of basic firewall, log management, backup management, and access management.
- Experience using Fortigate Firewall, Zabbix, Wazuh SIEM, Acronis Backup (+ point).
- English language skills.
