IT Security and Compliance - Assistant Manager
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities :
- Implement IT security controls and risk assessment frameworks.
- Develop and maintain IT risk assessment programs that align with regulatory and company requirements.
- Ensure documented and sustainable compliance with security standards.
- Conduct investigations into internal and external information security risks and exceptions.
- Assess incidents, manage vulnerabilities, and oversee related activities.
- Train, guide, and serve as a resource for IT security assessment functions across departments.
- Support and assist in IT audit activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Security Compliance and Governance.
- Familiarity with IT systems, network infrastructure, data architecture, and protocols.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, architecture, operations, and controls.
- Experience with information systems auditing, monitoring, and assessment processes.
- Understanding of regulations such as PCI, ISO 27001, etc.
- Proficiency with firewall engineering, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability assessment tools, VPN, and related technologies.
- Certifications such as CISA or CISSP are preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; Japanese language skills are a plus.
