Formación

• Gelar sarjana di IT/CS/CCybersecurity atau bidang terkait
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di IT Security dengan fokus PAM
• Latar belakang administrasi sistem Linux/Unix dan Windows Server
• Pengetahuan kuat kebijakan keamanan, manajemen risiko, dan kepatuhan industri keuangan
• Paham proses vulnerability management & patching terkait akun istimewa
• Bersedia kerja shift bergiliran, termasuk malam, akhir pekan, dan hari libur

Responsabilidades

• Maintain solusi Access Management (contoh CyberArk) untuk akun istimewa pada server, DB, perangkat jaringan, dan aplikasi
• Monitor sesi istimewa secara real-time untuk mendeteksi aktivitas anomali
• Ikut serta dalam rotasi operasi keamanan 24/7, tangani alert, tiket, dan insiden terkait privileged access
• Selidiki potensi pelanggaran keamanan dengan akun istimewa dan koordinasi dengan SOC serta IT
• Berkolaborasi dengan admin sistem dan tim pengembangan untuk integrasi IAM dengan ITIL, SIEM, dan platform IAM
• Kembangkan dan maint scripting otomatis (PowerShell, Python) untuk onboarding, password rotation, dan pelaporan
• Dukung onboarding aplikasi/infrastruktur baru ke dalam kerangka manajemen akses selama deployment

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Maintain the Access Management solution (e.g., CyberArk) to manage privileged accounts for servers, databases, network devices, and applications.
• Monitor privileged sessions in real-time to detect and respond to anomalous activities.
• Participate in the 24/7 security operations rotation, handling alerts, tickets, and incidents related to privileged access violations or failures.
• Investigate potential security breaches involving privileged accounts and collaborate with the broader SOC (Security Operations Center) and IT teams for remediation.
• Collaborate with system administrators and development squads to integrate access management solutions with existing ITIL processes, SIEM, and IAM platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to streamline onboarding, password rotation, and reporting tasks.
• Support the onboarding of new applications and infrastructure into the access management framework during deployment cycles.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Security, with a specific focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Solid background in System Administration (Linux/Unix and Windows Server) and strong knowledge of Operating System internals.
• Strong knowledge of security policies, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector.
• Understanding of vulnerability management and patching processes in relation to privileged accounts.
• Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the 24/7 security operations model.

TENTANG PERUSAHAAN

OCBC Indonesia (formerly known as OCBC NISP) is the fourth oldest bank in Indonesia, which was founded in April 4th 1941 in Bandung under the name of NV Nederlandsch Indische Spaar En Deposito Bank.

OCBC Indonesia then grown to be a solid and dependable bank, especially in providing service for small business segments. It officially became a commercial bank in 1967, Foreign exchange bank in 1990 and public corporate in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1994.

In the end of 1990, OCBC Indonesia managed to pass the Asia monetary crisis and the fall of banking industry without any recapitalization obligation aid from the government. OCBC Indonesia became one of the first few banks to resume lending during the crisis. This initiative enabled the Bank to note a high growth.

OCBC Indonesia good reputation and its promising growth has attracted the interest of International Finance Corporation (IFC), a part of World Bank Group, which then became a shareholder in 2001-2010 and from OCBC Singapore which then became the shareholder OCBC Indonesia.

With the support from OCBC Bank-Singapore, OCBC Indonesia has implemented aggressive programmes to strengthen the infrastructure, human resources, information and technology, as well as office networking.
