Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure ISO compliance and pass audits within the first few months of hire.
  2. Provide remote IT support services to stakeholders in the Asia region (Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc.).
  3. Manage endpoint devices and IT infrastructure at the Indonesia office.
  4. Monitor support queues and route tickets accordingly.
  5. Assist users with software, hardware, and other IT support needs; troubleshoot issues as required.
  6. Maintain and support server and network equipment within the office.
  7. Manage licenses, inventory, and devices.
  8. Handle incident and problem management processes.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system health, quality, and stability.
  10. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
  11. Conduct root-cause analysis and develop or improve IT policies to enhance service and security.
  12. Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting manuals and escalation procedures.
  13. Support the integration of new systems and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, server, and network infrastructure (Windows and MacOS).
  • Ability to evaluate and resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Experience with MT4 or MT5 trading platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English and Indonesian.
