- Identify and target potential clients who require IT-related resources, including IT products, services, or staffing solutions to direct presenting to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to generate company revenue.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Ensuring all of mandatory document, client agreements, details job requirements, resources budget, contract duration, compensation/benefit, services arrangement or letter of intent required completed early before hiring process run.
- Gather job requirements from clients and translate budget to job listing of recruiter consume.
- Sending resume applicant to clients side and maintain progressively user response in timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to recruitment team including live code, user interview schedule and information on the status of their applications
- Gather feedback from clients regarding the quality of services, and work with the internal team to address any issues or improvements.
- Manage clients relationships and keep engaged throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends, analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Collaborate with recruiter team, ops, legal and finance teams to finalise contracts.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 1-3 years’ of proven experience in IT consulting service industries.
- Discipline experience in IT Account Manager or Business Development role, specifically in IT staffing, Software Development House, SaaS etc.
- Proficient in full cycle business and development, particularly in selling IT-resources, contract.
- Basic fundamental of IT job requirements, market industry, services and technology solutions
- Understanding of countries regulation, end-to-end recruiting activities, finance/tax for customer invoicing, contract renewals and HR ops
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English is a must)
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
