IT Quality Engineer

We are looking for an IT Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications and systems. The role involves developing and implementing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve software quality. The IT Quality Engineer will play a key role in enhancing user experience and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
2. Perform manual and automated testing of applications and systems
3. Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution
4. Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality and performance
5. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices
6. Conduct regression testing and validate software fixes
7. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
8. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential quality issues

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Experience in software testing and quality assurance
3. Knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
4. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
7. Excellent communication and documentation skills
