Contract Duration: 6–12 months

Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Collaborate with PMs, BAs, Scrum Masters, and development teams to understand requirements.
Create Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases, and Reports.
Execute manual test cases and document test results.
Identify, log, and manage defects.
Work in agile delivery environment and participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields.
ISTQB Certification is a plus (or strong understanding of ISTQB standards).
3+ years of experience as Test Analyst in the banking industry.
Experience testing Contact Center applications (Genesys, Web Chat, WhatsApp, Video Banking) preferred.
Proficient with Jira, Linux commands, Ms. SQL Server, and MySQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English is a must.
