Plan, execute, and monitor projects following PMLC & SDLC. Create and manage project timelines agreed upon by the team. Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders and management. Proficiency in project documentation (BRD, FSD, TRD) and skilled in handling UAT challenges through effective problem solving, scope management, and risk control. Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary. Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality and budget control. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.

Minimum Qualifications

• MUST HAVE Min. 3 years experience as IT PM in banking industry (min. client PM);
• Strong understanding of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) & Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Manager would be a strong advantage;
• Able to create timeline which has been discussed and agreed by project team;
• Critical thinking to solve project impediments, know when to escalate;
• Proactive, consistent, and independent in managing projects;
• As a leader to manage the team, monitor project milestone and well collaboration and coordination among project team, impacted team and management/ PM Head
