Job description

Regularly report to client stakeholders to align expectations and maintain governance

Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative user experince or workflow solutions.

Develop region-specific delivery plans, coordinate client/team resources to drive multi-region equipment logistics, installation, and utilization

Coordinate software/hardware logistics with suppliers, including testing, acceptance, and on-site deployment

Manage schedule, quality, and cost KPIs throughout project execution.

Proactively monitorchange impacts during delivery; collaborate with client executives to driveoperational adoption andregion-level personnel engagement in equipment deployment

Partner with sales teams to draft SOW documentation based on pre-sales proposals, conduct cost/plan assessments, and support contract finalization

Organize resources and lead project teams throughrequirements gathering, development, system deployment, and acceptance phases

Mobilize internal/external resources and guideimplementation consultants and development consultants to complete assigned tasks

Manage on-site personnel and maintain executive-level communication with clients on project status

Own gross margin and client satisfaction targets by managing scope, schedule, quality, risks, costs, and change requests throughout delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related fields

Minimum 4+ years in the project management related role

Highly fluency in English (Writing, Speaking, and Listening)

Having PMP certification is highly preferred

Willing to go on business trips regularly

Experience in requirements analysis/technical development

Mastery in Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Ability to independently design project management frameworks with clear phase deliverables
