Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in IT project management within the financial services industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction. If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the financial services sector, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation through delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Foster a continuous learning mindset and adapt to the evolving needs of a start-up environment. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, and other relevant technologies.
• Work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, Business, Project Management, etc.)
• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an IT advisory or consulting environment.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Exposure to the financial services sector is preferable.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Familiarity with digital transformation and/or system integration projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
