Job summary

EUROMEDICA GROUP is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (SCRUM Master) to own delivery across the internal technology project portfolio, including a major enterprise ERP implementation and other internal IT initiatives, such as systems upgrades, integrations, infrastructure projects, and digital workflow rollouts.

You will collaborate with the CTO and department heads to plan, coordinate, and drive projects using agile practices to stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of overall experience in project management and/or as a Scrum Master, ideally including enterprise software or ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with any ERP implementation is beneficial; prior experience with ERPNext specifically is a strong plus. Experience with other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) also considered.
• Scrum/Agile or project management certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMP, PMI-ACP) is optional and not a required.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including direct, day-to-day collaboration with C-level executives.
• Experience coordinating and managing external consultants and software vendors.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or clinic industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for the CTO's internal technology portfolio, including an enterprise ERP implementation and other internal IT projects (systems upgrades, integrations, infrastructure, and digital workflow initiatives), covering timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Run scrum/agile ceremonies - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - across project teams and external consultants.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CTO, internal department heads (finance, operations, HR, quality, marketing & sales), and external consultants/vendors across all active projects.
• Track progress against project roadmaps, proactively identify and remove blockers, and escalated risks and issues to the CTO in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate requirements gathering workshops with department heads and clinic staff to ensure new systems address real operational needs.
• Oversee coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, data migration, and go-live/change management activities.
• Manage relationships with external implementation consultants and software vendors to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Provide regular, clear project status updates and reporting to the CTO and senior leadership across the full project portfolio.
• Champion agile best practices and help build project management maturity across teams that may be new to scrum/agile ways of working.

Job description

This includes a major enterprise ERP implementation as well as a range of other internal IT initiatives - systems upgrades, integrations, infrastructure projects, and digital workflow rollouts. This role will work hands-in-hand with the CTO and cross-functional department heads to plan, coordinate, and drive each project from requirements gathering through go-live, applying agile / scrum practices to keep delivery on track. You will be the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external consultants and vendors, ensuring projects stay on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
