- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to influence decisions from top-down as well as bottom-up.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly becomeproficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and/or hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodology.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
