Minimum Requirement

Required Skills

• Bachelor Degreein Computer or Information Science/Technology related fieldwith minimum GPA 3.0 (scale of 4.0).
• More than 3years of experience as Project Manager in financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading IT projects with various project team members.
• Thorough understanding of Project Management principles and planning.
• Good understanding of IT procedures and practices.
• Proficient with Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience working with Senior Level leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions from top-down as well as bottom-up.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly becomeproficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and/or hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodology.
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skill.
