IT Project Manager

Hanwha Life Insurance, a most rapid growth Korea Life Insurance in Indonesia is now looking for IT Project Manager. The position requires the talent to possess requirement as follows:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Telco Engineering
2. Experience minimum 3-5 years in insurance industry
3. Relevant experience in IT Business Analyst/IT Project Management/similar position
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
5. Able to lead a team and have a good teamwork

Job Description:

1. Defining the scope in the initial stages of the project.
2. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
3. Preparing and formatting project deliverables, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences, providing regular updates and insights to project stakeholders.
4. Performing quality checks on project documentation and deliverables to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
5. Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment by promoting open communication, sharing knowledge, and providing assistance to team members as needed.
