Job description

  • Collaborate with business teams to prepare business case planning and secure stakeholder approvals.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to gather, analyze, and finalize business requirements.
  • Assess technical solutions and work with IT and Procurement teams to select the best-fit service providers/suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, deliverables, staffing, deployment, and change management strategies.
  • Conduct Kick-Off Meetings and align stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Escalate critical concerns to management as needed.
  • Prepare project status reports and ad-hoc updates per company requirements.
  • Deliver a Post-Implementation Report (PIR) after go-live.
  • Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards.
  • Consider for fully on-site (WFH or Hybrid are privilage)
  • Willing to work in finance customer (banking, insurance, etc)
  • PKWT Contract (extendable)

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to create project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and compliance policies.

    Nice to Have:

  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP or software projects.
