PROJECT MANAGER (ERP SOFTWARE)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project delivery according to schedule, resources, and budget.
• Deliver the project plan within scope, timescales, and budget by tracking all activities and costs.
• Implement projects following the project implementation methodology.
• Manage project teams and interact with clients at senior levels, focusing on timely service delivery.
• Engage and manage technical resources to deliver the project plan.
• Agree on deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the Delivery Manager via Weekly Status Reports and other methods.
• Chair regular Technical Project Review Meetings and Customer Site Meetings; attend review meetings and produce documentation and minutes.
• Communicate daily with personnel and customers regarding project progress.
• Contact clients concerning project requirements and issues.
• Gather information, analyze business processes, and develop design specifications.
• Update management periodically on project implementation progress.
• Ensure all project documents conform to standards.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management within software implementation.
• Solid background in Web Programming and SQL Server is advantageous.
• S1 degree from a reputable university in a related field.
• Knowledge of IT Development Life Cycle.
• Extensive IT knowledge and technical background are advantageous.
• Experience in quality control and team leadership; outgoing with excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience with Property Management Software is a plus.
