As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of IT projects aimed at delivering innovative digital solutions in alignment with our strategic objectives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards.

What you will do:

• Lead the project planning process, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project timeline creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide teams in project execution.
• Evaluate project outcomes and report on key performance indicators to improve future project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of data and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
