Job summary

A leading IT Business Solution provider in Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project deliveries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to manage change requests, stakeholders, and resources while ensuring successful milestone-based delivery. Experience in the tech industry and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa are crucial, with a preference for candidates holding PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or 3 end-to-end IT project deliveries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Mandatory on-site experience and ability to work with offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects, including scope, timeline, and resources.
• Handle Change Requests and escalations, working with stakeholders.
• Ensure milestone-based delivery and resource costing.

Job description

Ability to deliver end-to-end projects, managing scope, timeline, and resources.

Ability to manage Change Requests, escalations, and stakeholders in projects involving 10-25 people.

Strong understanding of resource costing, POC (percentage of completion), milestone-based delivery, and experience handling fixed-price projects related to ERP, large-scale deployments, or vertical business applications.

Cross-industry application experience is an added advantage; tech industry project experience is essential.

Proven track record in consulting or development, with mandatory project management experience.

Experience with MNCs, local SI or vendor organizations is preferred. Strong PM experience in end-user organizations is also considered.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or at least 3 end-to-end IT project deliveries.
• Experience managing stakeholders and business leads is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa are required.
• On-site experience is mandatory; ability to work with offshore or third-party resources is a plus.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• Willing to work in Bandung or Jakarta.
