Job summary

A financial technology company in Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project timelines and transform business needs into software requirements. You will liaise with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and conduct market analyses. Strong communication and technical skills are essential, along with a background in Banking or FinTech being a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Technical Analysis, Application Development, and Project Execution.
  • Familiar with API, RDBMS, APM, Application Security, and UI/UX.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skill.
  • Able to transform business needs into software requirement.
  • Strong logical thinking and focus on detail.
  • Extensive knowledge in latest technology stack.
  • Experience in Banking or FinTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create Product Requirement, FSD, and TSD.
  • Manage Project Timeline and Deliver Project in Timely Manner.
  • Transform and analyze business needs & requirements into software requirement.
  • Liaise with various project stakeholders including clients, internal business users, and tech teams.
  • Monitor progress of the project & share blocks from planning phase until production.
  • Accommodate feedback from users for product improvement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, and feature prioritization.
  • Report Project Progress to Team Leader.
