Job Description:

1. Good understanding of cloud technology.
2. Building systems from scratch.
3. Experience in server migration (from on-premises to cloud, and cloud to cloud).
4. Application support, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
5. Database maintenance, application, and infrastructure monitoring.
6. Network management and firewall management.
7. Service desk support, IT operations help desk, and support.
8. Monitoring network infrastructure and traffic flow.
9. Setting up and authorizing software & hardware (deployment, upgrade, support), and server resources for new users.
10. Assisting in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software.
11. Documenting current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security, and network systems.

• 5-10 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure, including network, server, database, storage, and security.
• Experience in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.), troubleshooting, migration, network domain, and infrastructure.
• Experience in designing, supervising, and implementing technology platforms supporting data infrastructure.
• Experience in designing network infrastructure for organizations.
• Experience in site reliability testing, and managing hardware and cloud storage systems.
