A leading hospital in Banten is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure. This role involves managing physical and virtual systems while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with extensive experience in IT operations within a multi-site healthcare setting.
1. IT Infrastructure Management
• Oversee and maintain all physical and virtual infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, data centers, and cloud systems).
• Manage WAN/LAN networks and connectivity across all hospital units and the corporate office.
• Ensure infrastructure uptime meets or exceeds SLA and high availability standards for 24/7 healthcare operations.
2. Operations & Service Management
• Lead IT operations including incident, problem, change, and asset management processes across sites.
• Ensure consistent, standardized IT support and operational procedures across all hospitals.
• Manage centralized monitoring, patching, and backup activities.
3. Security & Compliance
• Enforce security policies and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA-equivalent local standards).
• Collaborate 3rd party solutions to monitor threats and ensure infrastructure hardening.
4. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
• Lead, coach, and mentor IT Support teams at each hospital.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs for hardware, network, and infrastructure services.
• Manage procurement and lifecycle of infrastructure assets.
5. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to IT strategy and roadmaps in alignment with hospital group growth and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose infrastructure modernization opportunities.
• Plan and oversee large-scale infrastructure upgrades and disaster recovery testing.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or hospital environment.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Proven track record in IT operations, team management, and high-availability systems.
Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage systems (SAN/NAS), and Microsoft infrastructure.
Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure healthcare environment.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
