Job summary

Autoliv Inc. is seeking an IT Operations professional in Indonesia to ensure stability, security, and efficiency of IT services.

You will act as first‑level support for computers, servers, network devices and infrastructure—installing systems, monitoring networks, and coordinating with other departments. Candidates should have 2+ years in IT operations, strong English, and familiarity with VMware/SolarWinds; ISO 27001 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experiences in IT infrastructure or IT Operations.
• Knowledge in IT Infrastructure including Network Solution (LAN/Wi‑fi), Server and IT Hardware (CCTV, PC/Laptop, Telephone, Access Door, etc.).
• Familiar with firewalls, routing, switching, and other system policies.
• Knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization (e.g., VMware) and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
• Understanding of ISO 27001 is an advantage.
• Able to manage projects/requests from another department.

Responsibilities

• Be the first‑level support and work with service delivery on requests related to computers, servers, network, infrastructure and IT devices.
• Install operating systems or software on company computers, update software and back up data.
• Monitor networks for hacker activity, system failure, bandwidth usage, or batch processing issues.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as updating software, virus scanning, and server room monitoring.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems in their areas of expertise.
• Provide technical support for new technology projects or software implementations until release.
• Research emerging technologies and suggest the most promising solutions to management.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction through professional support.
• Collaborate with IT team members across countries as a unified IT team.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
