Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies.
  2. Develop strategic roadmaps for Data Centers, Applications, Servers, Storage, and monitoring tools aligning with the IT roadmap.
  3. Ensure all IT equipment and services are operational and meet the agreed Service Level Agreements.
  4. Manage and maintain the operational integrity of provided technologies and services. Oversee existing enterprise infrastructure and provide leadership in all technology-related issues through managing the Technical Customer Support function.
  5. Maintain IT compliance with all applicable regulations and oversee internal and external audit processes.
  6. Operations managers should have both an internal focus to support IT and an external focus, viewing business users as their direct customers.
  7. Define and generate KPIs to measure quality and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on technical knowledge and managerial experience.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced (certifications are a plus) in COBIT, ITIL, Data Center Standards, Information Systems Security, Project Management, Network, and Infrastructure.
  • Experience with audit processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different departments within the organization.
  • Excellent team player with analytical, strategic thinking, and modeling skills.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and flexibility are highly valued.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • Knowledgeable about IT governance and standard practices.
