IT Operation Staff – Mall of Indonesia

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking a qualified IT Support Technician to join our team. The responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues within the company’s operational environment
• Performing routine IT equipment maintenance, both preventive and corrective
• Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networking systems
• Supporting IT systems for building operations such as CCTV, IP PABX, and Access Control
• Providing prompt responses to technical support requests from various departments in a mobile capacity
• Documenting support activities and preparing regular work reports
• Supporting the implementation and compliance with ISO 27001-based information security standards
• Willing to be placed at Mall of Indonesia – North Jakarta and mobile unit-to-unit
