Job description

Job Summary:
Supports and manages the corporate network, analyzes, resolves, and reports on network issues.
Manages and controls IT Infra Network for security risks.
Must be able to weigh business needs against security risks, improvements, and articulate issues to management.
Supports related general IT Infra work tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve LAN/WAN/Wireless performance, health, and security issues.
Install, maintain, and configure Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs.
Install, maintain, and configure Cisco Wireless LAN Controller and access points.
Install, maintain, and configure Cisco Call Manager.
Manage day-to-day operations and administration.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly reports on Infra Network performance and security status.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of enterprise-level network experience.

Job Requirements:

Deep hands-on knowledge of Cisco Switches and Routers.
Deep hands-on knowledge of Cisco Wireless solutions WLC and AP.
Deep hands-on knowledge of Cisco Access Control Server (ACS) - ISE.
Deep knowledge of Network High Availability (HA).
Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FDM/FMC, Fortigate).
Experience managing SASE solutions (Zscaler, Palo Alto Global Protect, etc.).
Familiarity with Network Monitoring tools (WhatsApp Gold, Cacti, Syslog, SNMP, MRTG, Zabbix, Graylog, etc.).
Experience managing hundreds of switch devices.
