Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and support an Energy Company's IT operations across their Western region offices, including Monaco, London, and Houston. This role is based in Monaco and is pivotal in maintaining a robust, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure across our Western footprint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, specification, and ongoing maintenance of the network infrastructure across Western offices.
2. Ensure the reliability and security of all business-critical systems and IT networks.
3. Shape and enforce group-wide IT policies, including cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments across regional offices to ensure compliance with internal IT standards.
5. Manage IT resources and systems to optimize performance and value.
6. Lead projects for system enhancements and upgrades, minimizing operational disruptions.
7. Develop contingency strategies to mitigate risks like cyberattacks, data breaches, or operational disruptions.
8. Oversee IT-related contracts and subscriptions for cost-efficiency and compliance.
9. Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
10. Serve as the primary liaison for building management and service providers regarding IT facility requirements.
11. Provide hands-on technical support for Western offices and remote support for global locations as needed.
12. Ensure third-party and outsourced services meet agreed service levels and performance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT management across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong background in network design, cybersecurity, and IT policy implementation.
• Excellent project management and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing service providers and facility-related IT requirements is a plus.
