Job description

Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals.

Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure including networks, cloud service, end-users system, and security.

Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Oversee overall IT Projects’ scope and timeline and manage key stakeholders.

Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and system integrators.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all IT services and systems.

Manage the IT budget and ensure that IT expenditures are effective and efficient.

Manage key technology projects from planning to execution, negotiate and oversee third-party vendor contracts and SLAs.

Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring business continuity and data protection.

Oversee cybersecurity policies, data governance, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal IT standards and policies.

Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide appropriate solutions

Report on IT performance metrics, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Ensure efficient and responsive IT support and service desk operations, measure user satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.

Ensure systems are integrated, scalable, and optimized for high performance.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.

Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives; understand agile framework, Scrum.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), workflow and enterprise infrastructure.

Strong understanding of retail systems: POS, ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Strategic thinking and business acumen.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem solving abilities and able to adapt to evolving technology trends

Solid understanding of data privacy, and compliance standards

Working experience in PDP implementation

Project management proficiency (PMP or similar certification is a plus)

Exposure to a full-cycle Cybersecurity implementation is preferred

Preferred Certifications:

ITIL Foundation or higher

PMP (Project Management Professional)
