A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an IT leader to develop and execute its IT strategy. The role entails overseeing systems and infrastructure, managing projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT and significant experience in IT leadership and project management.
Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure including networks, cloud services, end-user systems, and security.
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the scope and timeline of IT projects and manage key stakeholders.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and system integrators.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all IT services and systems.
Manage the IT budget, ensuring effective and efficient IT expenditures.
Lead key technology projects from planning to execution, negotiate, and oversee third-party vendor contracts and SLAs.
Identify and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring business continuity and data protection.
Oversee cybersecurity policies, data governance, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal IT standards and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Report on IT performance metrics, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Ensure efficient and responsive IT support and service desk operations, measure user satisfaction, and continuously improve service quality.
Ensure systems are integrated, scalable, and optimized for high performance.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in IT leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives; understanding of agile frameworks, Scrum.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), workflows, and enterprise infrastructure.
Strong understanding of retail systems: POS, ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms.

Experience with PDP implementation.

Preferred Certifications:
ITIL Foundation or higher.
PMP (Project Management Professional).
