Job summary

Terralogiq is seeking a Learning Facilitator to lead the day-to-day learning experience for each batch. The role delivers sessions, guides participants through course material and labs, reviews their work, and helps them prepare for the certification exam.

You will work closely with the Learning Operations team to keep sessions, materials, and assessments consistent and up to date, coordinating schedules and LMS content while providing clear feedback to help learners succeed in Google Cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in cloud/DevOps, preferably with Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of core Google Cloud services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, BigQuery, Vertex AI.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to explain technical topics in a structured and simple way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions on Google Cloud topics based on the program syllabus.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of experience.
• Guide participants through Google Cloud Skills Boost labs and troubleshoot issues during practice.
• Review and grade assignments, lab work, quizzes, and projects, and give clear, actionable feedback.
• Run Q&A, discussion, and exam-preparation sessions, including practice exam review.
• Coordinate with Learning Operations on schedules, LMS content, and reporting.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
• Able to explain technical topics in a structured and simple way

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds an active Google Cloud certification (associate or professional certification)
