Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT roadmap in alignment with the company’s business plan.
• Design and maintain the network architecture diagram for the company’s head office and branch offices, including at mining and logistics sites.
• Identify technology needs to support operational growth, including the integration of mining and logistics systems (fleet management system, dispatch system).
• Prepare and manage IT budgets (Capex and Opex).
• Manage servers, storage, networks (LAN/WAN/VPN), and hardware devices (desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, audio-visual equipment, etc.).
• Ensure the availability of IT systems at mining and logistics sites to support operations.
• Identify, deploy, and manage software licensing for the operational requirements across all company functions.
• Oversee the identification, coordination, tender initiation and evaluation, as well as the management and supervision of IT vendors and contractors (hardware, software, and internet providers).
• Ensure the ERP, HRIS, and other digital systems run smoothly.
• Support the implementation of digital transformation in mining and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT field, with 3-5 years of experience in managerial role, preferably in mining/energy/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in managing the ERP, HRIS, fleet management systems.
• Strong knowledge about IT infrastructure (server, cloud, networks, and data security).
• Have a good leadership, communication, and problem solving skill.
• Willing to travel to our site project (Kalimantan Area).
