IT INFRASTUCTURE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor oversees the enterprise system engineering, network engineering, and cybersecurity areas for the organization.

Performs broad supervisory and hands-on technical duties that include proactive management of technical resources and personnel to provide designated services in a reliable and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distribute instructions from Head expansion & Infra to his/her staff in relation to IT Engineer and Control works based on management Business Plan
2. Report every IT construction’s milestones and suggest technical and non-technical recommendations to Manager
3. Monitor all IT asset maintenance
4. Monitor BoQ estimation and also IT setup methods and specification
5. Monitor all IT devices and their methods and specifications
6. Review any business case/plan for facility setup and renovation
7. Create SOP for new projects after BAST
8. Ensure project handover to operation team with SOP

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge to research new technologies and provide recommendations on usage in the organization
2. Ability to multitask and establish/follow-through on the prioritization of user requests with limited direction
3. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices including ITIL, Change Management
4. Strong knowledge of network & server engineering
5. Able to drive & have a driving license
6. Experience managing IT projects: Server, Network, Cyber Security, Endpoint including Technical Advance
7. Budget & time management skills
8. Human Resource Management experience
