IT Infrastructure Supervisor - Construction - Jakarta (B-116205)

• Our client is a Construction company. Currently, they are looking for IT Infrastructure Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Maintain and monitor inventory.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot network issues, ensuring smooth connectivity for users.
• Identify and address performance barriers.
• Proactively address potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Continue to expand the use of automation and configuration management.
• Respond to user requests and events, providing timely resolution. Timely reporting on log sheets to respond quickly to any disruption.
• Plan and implement automation systems as needed for better efficiency.
• Constantly monitor the availability of technical resources.
• Other tasks also assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience as IT Infrastructure Engineer handling network, security system, server.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with server administration, network management, and security practices.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security protocols.
• High conversational English skill.
