Job summary

FAO Representation in Indonesia seeks a Systems Administration and Infrastructure Specialist to strengthen the NFI 2.0 information system, support SI-INTAN, and ensure secure, scalable IT infrastructure.

Under FAO supervision, you will assess server utilization, plan capacity, implement security, backups, and monitoring; you will work with IPSDH and PMU to deliver reliable services within the PSA arrangement.

Qualifications

University degree in IT, CS, or information systems.
At least five years of professional IT infrastructure experience.
Experience with Linux server administration and security.
Knowledge of cloud or on-premises server administration and enterprise support.
Fluency in English and Indonesian a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor server, storage and application infrastructure, with periodic optimization recommendations.
Configure user authentication, access controls and security measures.
Implement server hardening and security best practices.
Maintain backup, recovery and disaster readiness procedures.
Document infrastructure architecture and capacity planning.
Coordinate with FAO IT focal points and IPSDH staff.
