Job summary

PT Swadharma Duta Data is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover of IT infrastructure across projects. You will mentor internal teams and provide technical advisory to ensure seamless service delivery.

This role requires deep experience in network, server, virtualization, cloud, and security, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will commit as a dedicated project resource through the defined period.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in IT infrastructure and hands-on experience in migrations and documentation.
• Strong networking, server administration, and security infrastructure skills.
• Experience in knowledge transfer and technical documentation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover of IT infrastructure
• Support operational activities, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for infrastructure
• Provide technical advisory, training, and mentoring to internal teams
• Ensure service continuity and recommend infrastructure improvements
